Our Books: New, Used, and Full of Surprises

While most of our books are used, we do carry a thoughtful selection of new releases — personally chosen by Wendy based on customer interests and trends. We usually receive new titles on or before their official release date, and we’re always happy to pre-order a copy for you so you don’t miss out.

As a small independent shop, we don’t get big-box store pricing — but we still offer new books at below retail whenever we can.

A Genre-Lover’s Paradise

We take pride in offering one of the most diverse genre selections in the valley. Here’s just a sampling of what you’ll find:

Always Changing, Always Growing

We are a true used bookstore — with hundreds of boxes yet to be shelved and a daily rotation of fresh titles. Our in-store inventory is constantly evolving, so if you see something you love, don’t wait — it may be gone next time.

Beyond the store, we manage a Boulder City warehouse housing over 70,000 books, with 55,000+ cataloged and searchable through our website. We regularly update this list (most recently on June 30, 2025) and post our newest finds on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube — so follow us to stay in the loop.

Please note: Warehouse books are stored in Boulder City, so pickup may take a few days after ordering.

We also have special PDF catalogs of signed books, Hot Rod magazines, and even model railroading and car magazines (not yet inventoried). Give us a call if you’re looking for something specific — we might just have it in one of our mystery boxes!
