I just loved this book. Talk about somebody who was clever, grounded and sharp at business!!!

In a small town in the 1940s, the newspaper plays a vital role beyond reporting the events of the day. An honest publication holds people accountable for what they say and do.

Help SAVE COPPER CAT BOOKS

Since late 2017, Copper Cat Books has tried to be the best used books store locally. We have been well supported by the community and supported the community; especially local authors who have done signings at our store, local animal rescues and many charitable organizations throughout the region.

Due to increased rent and some exceptional expenses, we aren’t thriving and are close to having to make a hard decision to close our doors permanently.

It is not an easy decision to make but without some fairly major financial support, we will have no choice.

We have started a gofundme. If you are reading this, we truly consider you a friend of the store and hope you might be able to make a donation. If most people are able to give even $20.00 (or more), it would get us past this difficult spot. The gofundme link is: https://gofund.me/cd10ab82

Please, help if you can and if not, we understand but maybe you could share to your reading friends. If you want us to be here today and into the future, a donation will go a long way
